Cancellation charges will apply if the purchaser subsequently decides to cancel after ticket has been issued. Failure to comply with the above payment requirements will result in the automatic cancellation of your booking.

ABOUT CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS
Changes: Most fares carry a change fee after tickets have been issued. These charges are levied by the airlines and that fee may vary depending on the type of fare being purchased. AIRNETS on the other hand will only charge an administration service fee of C$75.00 on and above the charges levied by the airline. Change fees are fully non-refundable and non insurable. Please be aware that not all fares permit changes after ticket issuance.
Cancellations: Most fares carry cancellation charges of one sort or another. These charges may vary from 50% to 100% of the ticketed value. All air tickets must be returned to AIRNETS prior to the first departure date or date specified by the airline in order to qualify for any applicable refund. Please check with AIRNETS for more details.
Refunds: for any unused air tickets or portions thereof cannot be guaranteed, nor can the price or value of any unused air ticket be exchanged. We therefore strongly recommend the purchase of trip cancellation insurance. Refund will be made less any applicable late cancellation and refund service fees that may be applicable.
The Airlines: All flight times are subject to change with or without prior notice to the passenger or his/her travel consultant. It is the responsibility of all travellers to reconfirm all their flight times with each airline prior to departure. AIRNETS does not accept liability for missed connections nor any expenses resulting from any delayed, rescheduled, oversold or cancelled flights.
Advanced Seat Selection may be available for some flights. Where advanced seat selection is not available, aircraft seats are allocated on a ‘first-come, first-served’ basis at the airport.
Baggage Allowances will vary by airline, destination as well as the type of ticket being purchased.
Flight Reconfirmation: AIRNETS strongly recommend that flight times and numbers be verified or reconfirmed at least 48 hours prior to your flight. AIRNETS is not responsible for any change to airline schedules or flight numbers after tickets have been issued.
Airline Tickets: All airline tickets issued by AIRNETS are non-transferable and valid only for the dates and routings shown on the tickets. If an airline ticket is lost, the passenger is responsible for the full cost of a new ticket and any charges that may occur in a lost ticket replacement
Frequent Flyer Programs: AIRNETS does not participate in, or redeem points in any airline frequent flyer programs. AIRNETS will be pleased to relay your membership number, if provided, to the applicable supplier for credit to your account for tickets issued through AIRNETS. It is always recommended that you reconfirm your frequent flyer points at the airline counter at time of check in to ensure that your frequent flyer card is properly credited
Airline, Airport or Weather Delays: AIRNETS will not be held responsible for any additional expenses or loss that may arise from airline, airport or weather delays. AIRNETS will not reimburse for any additional expenses incurred by the passengers (hotels, meals, etc.). AIRNETS will not refund any unused portion of the air tickets purchased in the event of such delays due to conditions beyond our control.
